A young chef, with family roots in Obrenovac, and now living in Belgrade, standing at the crossroads of old Roma tradition and the rich resources of his entrepreneurial family, decided to become a culinary expert to run the kitchen in the family restaurant. He talks about his culinary practices and the importance of music during food preparation. Among the dishes he loves to prepare for the family, he highlights meat dishes like sarma. On the other hand, when it comes to culinary practices and his affinity for sweets, he particularly emphasizes modern dessert recipes, such as chocolate soufflé and trileće.
