Kleri Bakoura

Kleri Bakoura is a theatre scholar and the Creative Director of Qualia Experiences, with a body of work dedicated to bridging gastronomy with art, history, and lived experience. She holds two Master’s degrees and is currently pursuing her PhD in Gastronomy and Performance. She has spent ten years working in London and Germany, in sectors that connect culture, education, and the creative industries. As an artistic fellow at the Museum of Bread and Art in Ulm, she developed innovative methodologies that transform taste into a cultural experience. Today, she leads the creative direction of various projects that bring gastronomy, experiential education, and culture into dialogue, strengthening people’s connection with their cultural heritage. Her two most recent initiatives are CHNOPS: Flavouring Curiosity in Koukaki, Athens, and Olympus Forest Park in Pyrgetos, Olympus.
