Jovan Živadinović Džipsii Releases His Second Studio Album Jovan

Belgrade, Serbia, February 28th 2026

Jovan Živadinović Džipsii, one of the participants in the Roma Soul Food project, has released his second studio album, Jovan, under the production house Red Pill.

Members of the CEPOM team, Maja Vasiljević and Biljana Leković, attended the premiere listening session held on 28 February at Ložionica in Belgrade. The audience had the opportunity to hear several songs performed live for the first time, creating an intimate and memorable introduction to the new release.

The album delivers a contemporary dance-pop sound infused with nostalgic references to the golden era of pop music. Featuring 18 tracks, Jovan traces Džipsii’s personal and artistic journey — from his birth to his creative coming-of-age — weaving in deeply intimate moments, including reflections on his mother’s memory of the day he was born. The thematic and musical coherence of the songs allows the album to be experienced not only as a collection of tracks, but as a conceptual whole.

The distinctive emotional depth of the release is shaped by Džipsii’s recognizable lyrical vocal expression and sensual tone, offering listeners both vulnerability and strength.

The album is available on all major digital platforms.
You can listen to Jovan on Spotify here.

The Roma Soul Food project is co-funded by the European Union.
